WINEMAKING PROCESS: Harvested on the early morning, the lower temperatures of the day which help fruit to keep as fresh as possible. Oxidation is avoided thanks carbonic.
Colour.- Pale yellow with shiny and clean green hues
Palate.- Smooth start followed by a fruityup-lift with a perfect balance of alcohol acidity and structure. Finishes with a longlasting, elegant and lingering aftertaste.
Aroma.- Very high intensity, tropic and citric aromas, white flowers, thyme, fennel and bay leaf aromas.
