REGION: Denomination of Origin Campo de Borja

ALCOHOL: 12,5% Vol.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 80% Garnacha and 20% Tempranillo.

DATE HARVESTED : 2nd. week of September.

PROCESS : Traditional wine making at 28ºC in stainless steel deposits under controlled temperature followed by 10 days cold maceration; after this the malolactic fermentation takes place.

TASTING:
Colour.- Very clean aspect, cherry red with violet tones.
Aroma.- Fruity aromas of medium intensity.
Palate.- Dry, matured, and well balanced. Fruity, wide and long aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: All kind of meats.

SERVE: Between 16º-18ºC

PRESENTATION: Bordeaux “Standard” Bottle.
