GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Muscat.
DATE HARVESTED :
4th. week of September. There is a selection of over ripened grapes. Handpicked harvest.
PROCESS :
Traditional wine making, fermented under temperature control, followed by 20 hours maceration with skin contact.
CRIANZA:
Ageing in new French oak barrels during 1 and a half month.
TASTING:
Colour.- Straw yellow with golden notes, clean and brightly.
Aroma.- Primary, intense and clean of good intensity aromas.
Palate.- Smooth, wide and the sweetness well balanced.
SERVE AT: 8ºC
