HARVEST: 2nd week of September.

PROCESS: Traditional wine making at 16ºC in stainless steel deposits under controlled temperature followed by 6 hours cold maceration.

TASTING:
Colour.- Very clean aspect, strawberry pink colour with violet tones.
Aroma.- Fruity aromas of medium intensity.
Palate.- Smooth and fresh attack, slightly sweet, fruity and long aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: Pasta, fish and cheese.

SERVING: Between 8º-10ºC

PRESENTATION: Bordeaux Bottle.
